Aahairbalm provides industrial testing and auditing services for textile manufacturing operations. Our work covers polymer fiber lubrication audits, synthetic yarn conditioning assessments, and tensile strength evaluations under thermal stress. We do not offer cosmetic, retail, or personal grooming products. All services are delivered on a project basis according to a written scope of work agreed upon before any testing begins.
You agree to provide accurate information about your materials, machinery, and production conditions. This includes access to the relevant equipment and yarn samples needed for testing. If you supply incorrect specifications or restrict access to required areas, we may need to adjust the audit scope or timeline. You are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for our technicians during on-site visits.
We commit to performing all audits and tests according to the agreed methodology and industry standards. Reports will be delivered within the timeframe stated in your service agreement. Our findings are based on the samples and conditions provided during the testing period. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes for your production line, as external factors may influence results after our assessment is complete.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, production losses, or downtime costs resulting from the use of our reports. Recommendations provided in our audits are advisory in nature. You are responsible for implementing changes and verifying their suitability for your specific machinery and production environment.
All audit reports, testing methodologies, and analysis frameworks we produce remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use the final report for internal quality control and process improvement purposes. You may not redistribute our reports or methodologies to third parties without prior written consent. Data about your specific materials and production conditions remains confidential.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of services already completed. We will deliver any partial findings or data collected up to the termination date. Unused prepaid amounts will be refunded within 30 days.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will notify you directly if we have your contact information on file.
